"Racism is inherent to all white folks." Well, trivially, I guess, because it's inherent to humans. If you dare, try the following: Give a friend of any other race than white a few drinks and ask them what the pejoratives people who speak their native language use. (Specify other people, not them, specifically, because people will be too polite to tell you.) Not just pejoratives for white people, but for people of any race that is not their own! It's freakin' hilarious. People are so imaginative. You don't have to limit it by race--ask what terms people use for people of their own race but different nationalities or social classes! The truth about racism is almost the opposite of your claim that it's a white thing. The last sixty years of American's national struggle toward equality have made white Americans probably the prissiest major ethnic group on earth when it comes to how they talk about race. Seriously--talk to people from anywhere in Latin America from Tierra del Fuego to our Southern border. It can get confusing because a lot of what a white American would call overtly racist much of the world would think of as merely a factual description. Talk to a Chinese person (IMO, Chinese has some of the most floridly delicious offensive terms, especially for white people, but they have something for everyone.) Talk to anyone from an Arabic speaking country (OMG!). Talk to an East African of any race, Black, Indian, Asian, or whatever; they have some very choice language! The whole world is over-the-top racist. The thing you miss is, in artificially dividing the world into white v non-white, is that most national/racial groups that have been around for a while come to feel they are the pinnacle of creation, and unlike Americans, most are not embarrassed to say so. The Japanese, Chinese, Koreans are completely unabashed about feeling that foreigners are barbarians. For high-caste South Asian Indians, their ethnic superiority is literally a principle of the religion---the entire social structure of the subcontinent is built around an elaborate and formalized racial categorization. In fact, describing one's own group as "the people" and others as whatever the local term for savages is, is pretty much the default for our species. White America is actually a freakish outlier, in that racist speech is one of our most stringent taboos.
